I love this gym! If you are new to CrossFit, or don’t have a home gym, don’t be afraid to come try out CrossFit Higher Ground. The coaches and the members are kind and encouraging! The gym is always clean and all of the equipment is well taken care of. For each class, the coach will demonstrate how to do each movement. I love the community and the coaches at Higher Ground. I was intimidated by the idea of stepping foot into a crossfit gym by myself, but I finally got over myself- and have never looked back. I was welcomed and felt included from day 1. I feel pushed and encouraged in every single WOD. I have learned skills in the past 6 months that I never dreamed I would be able to do. The only regret I have is not joining sooner!
