Just started and so far I have met Bethany, Jim and Cole! All three coaches have been very positive and informative. Great atmosphere with a warm welcome!! Can’t wait to keep going!
CrossFit higher ground is one of the best gyms I’ve been a part of. The equipment is clean and high quality! There is plenty of space for lively high attended classes led by knowledgeable and personable coaches. I’ll also say because of the thoughtful programmed workouts and high intensity atmosphere, I’m the fittest and healthiest I’ve ever been!
