I joined High Cal in November 2024 and had very little CrossFit experience, so I was a little anxious about doing something new. However, the team at High Cal is amazing and eased all of my concerns upon my first class. All of the coaches at High Cal are amazing: patient, kind, encouraging, everything you could want in a coach at a new-to-you gym. I have come this CrossFit High Caliber in Troy with my daughter (who is a member) several times for drop ins. Each time I am impressed more. The facility is spacious and the equipment is well kept. Coach AJ and Alex were friendly and accommodating. The programming was great and the explanations including scaling options were clear. The classes ran smoothly efficiently. Fomos muito bem recebidos no High Caliber. Coaches apoiam todo o tempo e nos ajudam a evoluir nos movimentos. O local é amplo e possui boa estrutura.

This is our first CrossFit gym and this is our experience. It's a welcoming atmosphere with knowledgeable coaches, a large workout area, and stocked gym. People of all different fitness levels and ages attend classes. Different levels of workouts are provided and explained. We really enjoyed the friendly competition and the people we met. All the coaches at this gym are incredibly kind and truly professional. The 5:30AM crew brings amazing energy every day. Together, the coaches and the crew make my day healthier and full of positive energy. Don’t hesitate guys. I highly recommend this gym.
