Have been attending for about 4 months now and have had a great experience. Instructors are all very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Classes are a good mix of styles and focuses to keep it interesting. There's a good sense of community without the cult feeling. Overall highly recommend.
High Caliber is an exceptional, supportive CrossFit gym! The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and inspiring with their instruction of training. They give feedback, can scale workouts per where you are at and advise you to workout safely. The programming is structured and intentional along with the community being incredible. The equipment is state of the art and the space is always impeccable. I am beyond impressed! Very friendly gym for newbies to CrossFit or seasoned athletes. Check it out!
Quick review: Excellent coaches, delightful community, easy parking. Whether you want an ELITE workout or just move, exercise and sweat, this gym has any and all levels.
