I have had a great start to CrossFit High Bar. Briley has been a great instructor. She does a great job of explaining and demonstrating workouts. And my first time in class she made me feel very comfortable and paid extra attention to me to make sure I was doing the moves correctly. She also made sure that I went at my own pace and not to overdo it. The other members of High Bar are very friendly and also supportive if I had any questions. Thank you Briley and CrossFit High Bar
Super nice facility! Just in town for the week but the site and operations made finding times and getting a drop in workout easy!
