Dropped in from out of town. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Great workout. Great gym.
CrossFit High Bar in Evansville is a great value and the coaching with Trenton is excellent. The class schedule works for me too, so I’d definitely recommend it.

I have had a great start to CrossFit High Bar. Briley has been a great instructor. She does a great job of explaining and demonstrating workouts. And my first time in class she made me feel very comfortable and paid extra attention to me to make sure I was doing the moves correctly. She also made sure that I went at my own pace and not to overdo it. The other members of High Bar are very friendly and also supportive if I had any questions. Thank you Briley and CrossFit High Bar
