I really loved the atmosphere at the gym today! Anna has great energy and was really professional. I felt very welcomed. I definitely found my box in Yuma!
I did a drop in class today at Hidden Valley CrossFit with Anna this morning. She was super helpful in providing a wide variety of scaled and RX options for athletes to choose from during the warm up and WOD. She was very friendly and encouraging. The workout was fun and I got a good sweat in! Thank you for creating a welcoming fitness environment!
Gyms are a dime a dozen. Good trainers are worth their weight in salt, and these peeps are incredible! Can’t believe it’s been 8 months with them already. I can see and feel the difference in my body on the days I’m not sore haha! I highly recommend the gym. They literally have workouts for everyone!
I was a member at Hidden Valley CrossFit for quite a while and had a great experience. The only reason I canceled my membership was because my schedule got too busy and I just didn’t have the time to make it in regularly anymore. The coaches and staff were always friendly and welcoming, and they genuinely made you feel like they were glad you were there.
