This was my first time trying CrossFit, and I had a great experience. The instructor was supportive, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the workout. I appreciated the guidance and welcoming environment, and I’ll definitely be back to work on my fitness goals.
I chose CrossFit Hidden Valley because I am able to work out with my son. The coaches Ruby and Pete pay close attention to our form and give great instruction. We both get great coaching and tips throughout and I know that he’s learning good technique and staying safe.
The class was great! Anna is an awesome instructor.
Coach Peter was amazing and incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived. He’s knowledgeable, motivating, and always made sure I was using proper form. The workouts were well-structured and thoughtfully designed to build strength over time. I felt supported, challenged, and confident in my progress every step of the way. Highly recommend!
Coach was amazing and so welcoming. I'm only down visiting but this could easily feel like my second home. He clearly knows technique. He quickly spotted the exact tweaks I'm working on in technique (sounded just like my coach at home 😂)
