Always putting on SPECTACULAR events!
Really loved my time here, stayed here as a student at LR for two years, student discount is worth it, classes are well priced. Flexible times to workout, knowledgeable and great coaches. Highly recommend!
Was in town for Hurricane response. They treated me like family. The coaches and the facility were awesome. Be advised, there is a public parking garage right next door. There are no showers. So plan your workout timing correctly. Drop in or become a member! This place is awesome!
