Great crossfit box to workout in. Friendly and welcoming staff and awesome group of folks who makes you feel at home. Worth a visit if you are serious about your fitness journey.
I couldn't be happier with my experience at The Lodge. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The members are very supportive, which is a huge motivator for me to continue coming back. The coaches are knowledgeable and attentive, pushing the class to improve their technique and form.
