Cristi and Vic are absolutely incredible people and trainers. They will help you get in shape no matter what your age experience or fitness level. We dropped in for 3 months and took great care of us. Thank you guys

The owners are super caring and friendly! I loved it when they helped us all out to ensure we were being safe. HOWEVER, their regulars who attend will do anything to make you NOT feel welcome though. The young clique of Caucasian females always glared at me and visibly made me feel unwelcome to the point that I thought it wasn’t worth my time to continue my membership. So basically, I quit because of the other patrons.
Vic and Christi are very knowledgeable and the atmosphere is welcoming and motivational!
