Very good box. Dropped in September 2025. Excellent space and room. Coach welcoming and good trainer, members and another coach, not so much. They seem friendly with each other all around, but dropins, and first timers I suppose, it may not be too social. Very typical. Bathroom is pretty clean, some toiletries, and showers with towels. Good equipment and lots of it.
Highly active gym with a great support group who will challenge you to meet your goals.
Dropped in for a morning class with Maddie and it was great! Awesome community of people, spacious facility and great staff. Recommend to anyone out of town or locals looking for a new gym!
Dropped in on Good Friday. WOW! Great facility, coaches, equipment, and community. Will definitely be back whenever I am in the area!
