I visited CrossFit Hell’s Kitchen during a week visit to NYC and it is one of the nicest boxes I’ve been to. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, coaches, staff and the other members. There are a lot of drop ins so they’re used to people coming from all over the world. I got great support from the coaches who even took time out to help me with my technique. not a gym member but this was 100% the #1 shoe purchasing experience i've had. needed lifting shoes and this was the only place in the city that physically had them in the store! called the number and tom (owner) texted me a time to come by, fitted me with a pair of lifting shoes, and even let me barbell squat in them! 10/10 customer service, will definitely check this place out first if i ever get into crossfit - brandon
