Dropped in and this is an amazing gym and community. Coaching was great and the people were great. Everyone came to say hello and good job at the end. The coach had an amazing warmup and led the entire class through all of it. Very old school like they care about the people and the quality of what they’re putting out there. I get to drop in to a lot of CrossFit gyms all over and this is one of the best in a long time.

I have never been treated like a common piece of garbage like I was treated at this gym. I went there for about 4 years just to get banned for repeating what three different women told me. They all told me a male member had harassed several of the females up there. When I told the owner and compared it to a situation where I was told to leave by the clique the owner just banned me. I wouldn't send my enemy to endure the kind of treatment I put up with by the clique up there.
