I’ve been doing CrossFit for years at lots of different places, and CFHE is hands down one of the best gyms going around. The new owners took over a year ago and have taken it to new heights. The people are great, the coaches are superb and it really shows that their top priority is building an inclusive and fabulous community. Couldn’t recommend it more, no matter what your experience level with CrossFit is. They’ll welcome you with open arms and you’ll definitely make some new friends along the way!
I dropped in for a class at CrossFit Hawthorn East while visiting Melbourne. Very friendly coach, owner and members, great coaching and workout. If I was a local I would join this gym for sure. 100% positive experience.
Easily my favourite part of the day in which i get to catch up with friends and do kick-ass workouts. Focus is on development of skills and strength and they are extremely welcoming of all people with varying abilities. Ive been to Crossfit (and normal) gyms around the world and this is one of the best. No egos and all support. Dogs are welcome and they have plenty of drinks, snacks and thumb tape.
The community and coaching at CFHE is unmatched. The programming is suitable for athletes at any level, and done in house to cater to the unique needs of their specific community. So much more than just a gym 💚
As far as CrossFit goes, you won’t find better than this. The coaches and community are the most supportive I’ve ever come across. Everyone wants you to succeed and cheers you on no matter where you are in your journey. It’s my favourite hour of every day, every class is a good time.
