The coaches at CFH are some of the kindest and most sincere people I've met since moving to Johnson City, and I've never had coaches with anywhere near the knowledge base that they possess. Though you might find other gyms in the area with coaches who have all kinds of CrossFit certifications, you'll struggle to find coaches in the area who have the credentials and formal education that Josh, the head coach, has (Masters in Human Performance, Certified Athletic Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist). This gym has evolved into the experience, community, and education people need for prolonged healthy living. The product is for the members which builds an inclusive culture. The stoke level remains equally as high from the most fit person walking through the door to the person who hasn’t worked out since college, had 3 kids, and has never tried CrossFit. My wife and I dropped in for a morning class here not to long ago. The facility is super nice with lots of space, very clean and great equipment. The coach did a great job instructing and guiding us through the movements as well as giving us both great ques and tips. We would highly recommend visiting this awesome addition to downtown Johnson City. Thanks for having us!
