Was so happy I picked this box to drop in. Was welcomed right away and matched with a member to do squats and partner wod. Felt immediately welcomed and part of the group. Dan was extremely responsive and the whole 9am class was welcoming. Will definitely be back on my next visit! Thank you.
The character of this place is top notch!! Needed help early in the morning to jump my truck- I was stuck at the gas station nearby, the coach gladly came to help me without hesitation. Can’t thank them enough for helping me out.
I’ve had a great experience at this gym. The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The workouts are effective and well-structured, and the flexible class times make it easy to stick with, even on a busy schedule. The gym culture is awesome. There is a strong sense of camaraderie between the members which keeps you motivated. Worth every penny!
I've loved my time with CrossFit Hanover! I started about 2 years ago moving from another gym & was instantly welcomed. The coaches are amazing, always encouraging and providing guidance when needed. I've definitely seen a lot of progress in my strength and skill work since joining the gym!
