I’ve had a great experience at this gym. The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The workouts are effective and well-structured, and the flexible class times make it easy to stick with, even on a busy schedule. The gym culture is awesome. There is a strong sense of camaraderie between the members which keeps you motivated. Worth every penny!
I've loved my time with CrossFit Hanover! I started about 2 years ago moving from another gym & was instantly welcomed. The coaches are amazing, always encouraging and providing guidance when needed. I've definitely seen a lot of progress in my strength and skill work since joining the gym!
