This has been my fitness home and more for many years. What keeps me there is a great welcoming community. CFHR has great coaches, who prioritize quality of movement and appropriate intensity over "3-2-1 Go as fast as yiu can". The programming and the coaches provide challenge to the advanced athletes as well as the new ones. New skills are celebrated and new skill development is encouraged in a fun, supportive atmosphere. It is truly The Best Hour of Your Day.
CFHR is the absolute best! This is my one year anniversary and have enjoyed every minute with this gym. The camaraderie and family feel is second to none.
Great gym, awesome community! Been crosscutting for nearly 18 years, this is the tightest fitness community I’ve been a part of!
