I was lucky enough to spend 4 months training at Haapu with Renee while on the Gold Coast for work. I've trained at a lot of gyms in Australia. Haapu is hands down the best. The programming is spot on. Clear trajectory and goals explained & implemented for maximum results. Renee is the master at giving little bits of advice to improve technique & performance.
