First time visiting this gym and absolutely loved the class! Christy was so helpful and knowledgeable and the community was really awesome! Clean gym and a large space with all of the equipment you could want!
Highly recommend CrossFit Gunnison! The owners/coaches are very knowledgeable and will work with you to meet your goals. I've had some minor injuries the past couple of years and the coaches have modified workouts and given me great suggestions to speed up my recovery. The gym community is welcoming and accepting of all ability levels and ages.

Absolutely changed my life. When I started Crossfit, I was a 13-year-old chubby kid who could barely lift a 15-pound bar. I had never participated in a gym before. Nate, Christi, Jim, and Josh were amazing coaches during my time. Nate trained me from the beginning, taught me the fundamentals, and perfected my form. I have been a member of 4 other Crossfit gyms in the past while living in different states and this is by far the best one I've ever been a part of. It is impressive to have access to this caliber of coaching in a small town. We are all so lucky to have Crossfit Gunnison!
