I found this gym when I moved here a few months ago and it’s been great. All of the coaches are amazing and push you in the best way. Would recommend trying it out. Great coaches and environment.

I started going to Crossfit Greensboro for Hyrox race training. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and everyone was so open and welcoming to me. After my race, I hope to continue to train with Coach John. 10/10 would recommend
I‘be been going to CrossFit on and off for 8 years and CrossFit Greensboro is one of the best gyms I’ve been to. They have a warm and welcoming vibe, with solid programming and plenty of kettle bells for me to swing around when I wanted to do something different for my body. 💪
