Green country has been a phenomenal team. I came in with little to no money and they accepted me with open arms as my wife and I are starting a new company. I am a Green country crossfitter for life, all because of the grace that was given to me and my family. Although, I plan to join the ranks and pay full membership fee. I want to pay it forward.

I have always been fairly active and I played sports throughout my childhood but as life got busy, I found myself slacking. As I broke into my 30s, I wasn't happy with my physical appearance or how I felt so I decided to make a change. Amazing group of people who work hard and have fun doing it! Great coaches who tailor every workout to your fitness level, and focus on form to make sure you're doing it right.

I have been with CrossFit Green Country since October of 2013 and to see how it has grown from a garage gym to a 1000 sq. ft. facility, and most recently, to an 1800 sq. ft. facility, in this short period of time, has been awesome. It is a BOX that truly exists to enrich the lives of their athletes and community, through love, support, and fitness. Did I mention that it's all non-profit, and the Coaches volunteer?! I waited a full year before trying Crossfit because I was too intimidated to try it. The coaches go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and help train you at the level you're at, as well as pushing you to do more than you thought possible. This box has become like family to me and I highly highly recommend it! Not only do I feel better physically but I have formed great friendships that I cherish.
