I moved to the Grays Harbor area in May 2024 for 5 months with my fiancee who is a travel nurse. I was looking for a gym that would keep me to a schedule as I work from home or on the road. I wanted a place that would provide a challenge to help me work towards my fitness goals. CFGH was the first and only place that I went to. CrossFit is hard, and you learn a lot about yourself while doing it, but I love the community atmosphere here! All the coaches are great, knowledgeable and give you the encouragement to keep going!
So happy we found CrossFit Grays Harbor! My daughter and I joined together and it has been the greatest experience.
