This is an absolute 5 star gym, based off the facilities and comradery between members. The workouts are challenging and fun; and if you need a break from the classes, you still have access to a great gym. The trainers are always willing to help even when they are busy. If you are considering a new gym, or want to get into crossfit, this place is the ONLY answer.
This gym has been so beneficial for me to get back into working out. The classes are adaptable and the team dynamics are so supportive. The people are not pretentious (we often joke that we all have 3 outfits total) so it’s all about getting where you want to be, vs feeling like you need to look a certain way. It’s been a year here and I figured overdue for a review. Definitely give this place a try!
Quick, professional, easy-to-follow. I'd highly recommend this place for any one whose CrossFit/weightlifting oriented. Facility is spacious with just about everything you need. Staff and gym culture is friendly and encouraging.
Fun workout and head coach was great!
