Good people, great community, the perfect start up to do CrossFit for anyone wanting to join. Their structure has everything built-in from warm-up to conditioning, all in an encouraging way. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and if you want to get better shape. Also their cold plunge after a workout works wonders away from any joint pain

Never been but I dont like having to avoid a mob of people jogging on a public road on my way home from work.

January 5, 2023 If you haven't tried CrossFit and are worried about how "hard" the workouts might be, I would encourage you to give it a try. Kevin does a great job modifying to your personal abilities. He's very encouraging and coaches up your form. Memorial Day 2022 Great facility! Kevin does a nice job explaining things and encouraging

I’m a drop in for the week and I can’t say enough good about this box. Facilities are great but the coaches and people are even better. Great classes and beyond welcoming. If you’re looking for a place with the community and coaching spirit of a great CrossFit this is your place. Their online scheduling sign up and payment is easy even for someone like myself who’s not the most computer savvy. Coach Kevin is really upbeat and knows his stuff. I’ll be back when I visit the area again!
