I've been there for about a month after taking 4 years off of almost any exercise. The workouts are demanding but very rewarding as well. You won't find a better group of coaches or community to exercise with! I love the atmosphere and have zero plans to exercise anywhere else in the area!

Great coaching team and workouts adjusted to your skill level. Everyone is encouraging and like a big family. Recommend to give it a try- best gym around!
Been going close to 4 years Great experience great programming great coaches that are concerned about your form more than they are about how you perform in the wod as far as time is concerned and want you to get in a good workout and are very instructive and helpful on form and technique.
