I have always worked out alone and really didn’t think joining a class atmosphere was for me. After a few months of just not really being able to get myself motivated to go and do my normal workout, I decided I needed something else. Walking in at 5:15am for my first class has to be one of the best fitness decisions I’ve made in a long time. The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and push you to be your best. Amazing atmosphere and community
I dropped in for open gym on a Friday from outta town. One of the owners, Matt, was very welcoming as well as other members. I had plenty of space to do my own thing or join a class. The gym was kept clean and not cluttered. Would def recommend
They are great at working with clients at their current fitness level and building you up from there through great coaching and encouragement. Plus the community bonds you will experience will keep you coming back for more. V
