I dropped in from Orlando, FL while in town for a wedding. 10/10 would recommend this gym! My coach was Miranda and she was so kind and welcoming. Not to mention the workout kicked my butt. Great gym!
I can't say enough good things about Crossfit Goldsboro in NC. I was visiting family for the Thanksgiving holiday and needed a place to get my WOD in. I emailed ahead and Mike made the drop-in process incredibly simple and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, the community was super friendly and inclusive. The coaches were attentive to form, energetic, and made sure I felt like part of their CrossFit Community.
