I dropped in from Orlando, FL while in town for a wedding. 10/10 would recommend this gym! My coach was Miranda and she was so kind and welcoming. Not to mention the workout kicked my butt. Great gym!
I can't say enough good things about Crossfit Goldsboro in NC. I was visiting family for the Thanksgiving holiday and needed a place to get my WOD in. I emailed ahead and Mike made the drop-in process incredibly simple and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, the community was super friendly and inclusive. CrossFit Goldsboro has been my gym home for 12 years. The workouts are varied which keeps them interesting and fun! Yes, I said fun…but hard at the moment … Coach will work with me to change the movement to my skill level, but I am always growing. And your classmates help with accountability!!! To be honest, I am a little grumpy if I am not able to workout!! I highly recommend CrossFit Goldsboro!!!
