CrossFit Goldsboro has been my gym home for 12 years. The workouts are varied which keeps them interesting and fun! Yes, I said fun…but hard at the moment … Coach will work with me to change the movement to my skill level, but I am always growing. And your classmates help with accountability!!! To be honest, I am a little grumpy if I am not able to workout!! I highly recommend CrossFit Goldsboro!!!
