I dropped in at CrossFit Golden and had an awesome class. Coach Lucas gave me personal attention even though it was a 20+ person class. I had a chance to meet the owners, Greg and Lacey, who are super passionate and have clearly built an awesome community. If you live in Golden, check it out, and if you're visiting, it's a great place to drop in.
Clean crossfit gym with all the equipment you could possibly need. Coaching is top tier. Experienced and knowledgeable coaches make this the BEST crossfit gym on the Front Range.
I drive 37 minutes each way to go to this gym and I'm happy to do it every single time. It is the best gym in Colorado. Hands down. No contest. I dropped in last week and the gym is incredible. Tons of space, equipment, and Lacy is a great coach! Highly recommend for anyone dropping in or living in Golden.
Absolutely top-notch gym - exceptionally well designed and maintained facility, and best trainer I've ever worked with (Lacey).
