I drive 37 minutes each way to go to this gym and I'm happy to do it every single time. It is the best gym in Colorado. Hands down. No contest. I dropped in last week and the gym is incredible. Tons of space, equipment, and Lacy is a great coach! Highly recommend for anyone dropping in or living in Golden.
Absolutely top-notch gym - exceptionally well designed and maintained facility, and best trainer I've ever worked with (Lacey).
CrossFit Golden is an amazing gym. Coach Hannah was very welcoming and helpful, I dropped in while visiting some family and everyone was so welcoming. Hannah was my coach and although I'm newer to CrossFit she was very nice and helpful in giving me advice to critique my form. If I'm ever in the area again i will definitely be dropping in again!
Truly a gym that wants the best for its community and I do mean community. You can tell when the owner and coaches care and Golden is a comfortable inviting place for all its members. Greg and Lacey put everything into making everyone feel welcome. Community events, personal attention and a true passion for everyone to improve their fitness and lives. I have been a lifelong gym rat and after 35 years of working out and fitness this is the best experience I have had.
