I dropped in last week and the gym is incredible. Tons of space, equipment, and Lacy is a great coach! Highly recommend for anyone dropping in or living in Golden.

CrossFit Golden is an amazing gym. Coach Hannah was very welcoming and helpful, I dropped in while visiting some family and everyone was so welcoming. Hannah was my coach and although I'm newer to CrossFit she was very nice and helpful in giving me advice to critique my form. If I'm ever in the area again i will definitely be dropping in again!
Truly a gym that wants the best for its community and I do mean community. You can tell when the owner and coaches care and Golden is a comfortable inviting place for all its members. Greg and Lacey put everything into making everyone feel welcome. Community events, personal attention and a true passion for everyone to improve their fitness and lives. I have been a lifelong gym rat and after 35 years of working out and fitness this is the best experience I have had.
5 stars for coaching. Lucas and Lacey know their stuff. As a former coach, It’s refreshing. The only downside is that classes are packed, but it’s because of the structure which is appreciated. Open gym area is best in the area. Very structured gym in regard to scheduling. They offer 04:30 classes/open gym for all the operators out there. Can’t beat the view from the rear of the gym either. They’re also very organized and community oriented.
