Started crossfit about 7 months ago. I haven't worked out seriously is several years. The coaches made it accessible and welcoming and I've really enjoyed my time at CFG

I am new to the area and was looking for a CrossFit gym, this place is amazing. The owner, Stephanie took time to meet with me prior to my first class, she explained everything and was very welcoming. The coaches are excellent and help with any modifications while providing supportive instruction. Classes are great, the members are fun and also very welcoming. The gym has great equipment and is really clean, 5 Stars for sure!!!
