Scotland's premier CrossFit facility focusing on health, fitness, education and community. We are one of the largest and best equipped gyms in Scotland with the highest qualified staff. Open 7 days a week, including most holidays we run more than 100 classes a week offering CrossFit, Conditioning, Olympic Weightlifting, Sweat Express, Cardio, Strong person, Mobility and Silvers (55+). We also do weekend classes for Kids & Teens, there's something for everyone. You're never too inexperienced or unfit to get started!

I highly recommend CrossFit Glasgow! I've spent years hating and avoiding gyms because I don't know what exercises to do , how far I should push myself and am not confident in using weights but CFG has changed that in less than two months!! All exercises are adjustable to your level of strength and fitness, and every class has been led by a knowledgeable, supportive coach who provides instruction on how to do everything safely and for max benefit.
