I just started going to CF Geronimo about 3 weeks ago. If you're considering starting with crossfit and you may be out of shape, embarrassed or intimidated let me reassure you everyone here is really great. From the staff to the members everyone has been absolutely great! Extremely helpful, accepting and encouraging! I have zero experience with crossfit but was very happy to find that everything is very scalable and adjustable. I have a long way to go to get to my goals but I couldnt be happier here!

CFG is a welcoming and supportive community. It is so much more than a “Gym”. Not to be dramatic, but CrossFit Geronimo changed my life! I walked through the doors for the first time 5 months ago on the verge of turning 40, completely terrified & at my unhealthiest. I never did CrossFit, never lifted heavy, never played a sport in my life!
