Not to be dramatic, but CrossFit Geronimo changed my life! I walked through the doors for the first time 5 months ago on the verge of turning 40, completely terrified & at my unhealthiest. I never did CrossFit, never lifted heavy, never played a sport in my life! Dropped in for a 3 week stint in the Poconos, everyone here is awesome and you can't beat the sunrise view! Will definitely be dropping in again next time I am in the area.
