As a self-proclaimed “average” CrossFitter, dropping into CrossFit Generate on holidays could’ve been intimidating… but it was the complete opposite! Super welcoming crew, awesome programming, and Ben and Georgie were legends. Georgie helped tweak a few movements for me and gave some great tips along the way. Honestly such a good atmosphere. I’ll be back every time I’m nearby!
