Great workout!!
Grateful to be able to drop in on a Friday afternoon. Easy process. Coach and athletes were nice and helpful.
Awesome gym with great coaching and the programming is awesome. I like how we can break it down into options that are completely doable for everybody. Definitely a place to be if you are looking to get into your fitness journey or if you really want to get out of globo gym. Just drop in and do it!
