Spindle City is a great gym to knock out an exhausting workout. I've had very encouraging results since joining. They're more than happy to work with you to figure out what's right for you. Highly recommend you join!
I made so much growth as an athlete at Spindle City! The programming is challenging yet rewarding, but also written in a way that is accessible for every level of athlete. The gym has every piece of equipment you could possibly need if you’re a competitive athlete preparing for competition. I’ve made lasting friendships here that have spanned moves, gym swaps, and life phases which is a testament to how special this community is.
I moved out of the area so not an active member but there are so many great things about this gym from the felling of community to the quality equipment but I probably miss the programming the most. The workouts are structured to complement each other day to day. They’re challenging but never feel like too much.
