We tried the HIIT classes in a local chain gym, but it lacked the quality and community of CrossFit. Andy has cultivated a relaxed and challenging community in the Garage where the friendships and trash talk come fast. We have loved our first 5 months here and plan to stay for a long time. And from the wife of the review duo…I’m so grateful to Andy for promoting a community of health at whatever age and stage of each member. I have been a member, not a member, member off and on over the years and I seem to keep coming back! Great atmosphere, great coaching, incredible workouts. Don’t be scared to CrossFit…all workouts can be scaled or modified to suit you. Probably the best results from any fitness program I have tried. Amazing gym and welcoming community! The coaches are all welcoming, approachable, and super knowledgeable with great recommendations for modifications when needed! I really love that the coaches are always willing to go out of their way to help someone when they are learning a new skill or needing a little extra assistance. The gym is also spacious even with a full class and is really well maintained.
