Amanda is very patient with me, a low level skilled person at the gym. It feels like it's personal training session; the attention she gives to me or anyone at my level to do the moves right. She's amazing!
So google wants me update. Crossfit Gamut has shown me a different community!! They're not just a gym unless you want it to be. If you want a community then come here. I cannot speak for other Crossfit gyms but this place will be my Crossfit gym always!! This place showed me how to Crossfit. Pushed me when i needed it, encouraging when i didn't think i could!! I am in my late 50s and have worked out in different ways on my own. I was bored and losing motivation so I tried CrossFit. I have been doing it for about a month now. I absolutely love it. The coaches are all extremely competent and truly want you to do well and do the lifts properly. They work very closely with you without making you stand out. It is a nice gym, I started in a small gym like this when I was 20.When I go there is usually only 1 or 2 other people there most of the time I"ll be alone.Works on the honor system, and you let yourself in if classes aren"t going.You don"t have to worry about mobs of teens hanging around the equipment you need to use like commercial gyms.If you are there to train you will be pleased.Amanda is very nice and cordial to you.
