I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new gym! Amanda and the team are very welcoming while also challenging you with each lift.
Just starting out and they treated me like family. Taught me so much the limited time I was there. Great atmosphere and all the coaches are great.

Amanda is very patient with me, a low level skilled person at the gym. It feels like it's personal training session; the attention she gives to me or anyone at my level to do the moves right. She's amazing!
