This gym is very cool. I’ve been using my ClassPass credits to come here. The owner Grant texts me back quickly to answer my questions, the trainer Rudy is so nice and helpful and has chill and welcoming vibes. The gym is super affordable, I think a membership is $149 a month, or a 10 pack of classes is $100, that’s an amazing price compared to other gyms in the area. $10 per class. Love working out with everyone!
I started working out here 5 months ago. Within several weeks I started noticing results. I gained muscle in areas I didn't even know was possible. My wife keeps encouraging me to go workout since she says I look better after working out here :-D
All the coaches make for a great experience. Always welcoming and encouraging. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.
Best Crossfit gym I've ever been to (Crossfitter for 10 years), and best people and community around! I wish I still lived in Sac - if so, I'd be at Galvanize! <3 <3 <3
