My legs were jelly but I got a good sweat in.
Had a hunting trip in Ohio (coming from SC) and CrossFit Gallia welcomed me with open arms! Awesome box with every piece of equipment you need! Members were very friendly. The coach Tisha was very helpful and judged my open workout! Thank you CrossFit Gallia will be back next year hopefully!
My family lives in Gallipolis, and drop-in to Crossfit Gallia everytime im in town. Great facility, friendly people, and great place to get a good sweat going. All experience levels are felt welcome. Dave the owner is a great guy as well. Highly recommend
