Highly recommend! I did a drop in while I was in town for work. The coach/owner was super helpful and welcoming. The gym set up was clean and really impressive. The environment was welcoming and not overwhelming. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town!
I dropped into CF Gahanna and felt right at home. Coach Lacey was extremely friendly, hit all the high points of the workout and made sure my form was great. The facility was very roomy, clean and organized! I would totally join there if I lived closer! 😁
CFG is the best! I've had a great experience with both the trainers and other members there. Whenever I have a problem or need something, they do everything they can to help.
