When I first decided to start crossfit I was so intimidated by all of it...the barbell! The gymnastics! The cardio! I have never been so motivated to push myself when training fitness, neither was so impressed by an atmosphere that keeps you relaxed and entertained while doing hard stuffs. I am a type of person who won't make a friend going to a regular commercial gym because I am too shy, but I now know everyone will here joining the community at CrossFit FYP. FYP is easily one of the best communities I have ever been a part of. Moving to Kelowna was an uncomfortable experience for me, and the time I got to spend in the gym with all the members and amazing coaches came to be the best part of my day and what I looked forward to each week. Been going to FYP for 2 years or so. Amazing coaches, top notch programming, and a great vibe. I would highly recommend CrossFit FYP to anyone experienced or new! It’s the place to be.
I didn't know what to expect when I joined Crossfit FYP. I was new to crossfit and this gym exceeded everything I could have wanted. The coaches and the people are supportive, welcoming and very helpful. I highly recommend giving it a try if you have any interest at all. It is one the best decisions I have ever made!!
