This gym is one of the best communities I have gotten the privilege to be a part of. They welcomed me with open arms and worked with me through injuries to help me get into the best shape I have ever been in. The coaches are so supportive and knowledgeable. I will miss this place!

We dropped in today before my brother in law’s graduation. Everyone was nice and welcoming, and they made us feel at home. If we come back we’d definitely drop in again.

This is the best gym I’ve ever been to, CrossFit or otherwise, mainly because of the quality of coaching. The coaches are very attentive and a wealth of knowledge and experience. The emphasis is on good movement and staying healthy and injury-free, rather than trying to Rx everything or get a certain number or score. This gym is also very friendly and welcoming.
