Before CrossFit I was going to a commercial gym for years and got bored of the repetitive nature of it. I’ve been going to CrossFit now for over three years and love the challenge and variability ! Mick is a great coach, who has created an amazing community.
I've been training at this box for more than 2 years and I love the vibe here. Everyone is super friendly and supportive—there's always someone cheering you on to push a little harder. Mick, our coach, is awesome! He has a funny, relaxed way of leading the class that makes things fun and helps everyone get to know each other and improve everyday. It really feels like a community, not just a gym.

I’ve spent my entire adult life chopping and changing gyms as the wind has blown until starting at CFX. Yeah a mate introduced me but I also found a great community in the gym and first class trainer and really honest to goodness bloke in Mick. 5 years on and still going, with no intention to stop.
