Great crossfit box and great coaches
Decided to try CrossFit recently to improve my endurance. The gym is very clean and well-equipped. The coaches have been super helpful in ensuring you have the proper form and encouraging you to push your limits. Definitely recommend this gym to anyone who wants to try out CrossFit.
Looks like a quality gym but can't seem to get through to anyone about a trial class and no info on the site about being contacted, came by the site today to try and ask in person and couldn't figure out where the entrance was, looked promising but I guess I'll have to wait to try on another day.
