I’ve been out of CrossFit for several years, and Mike made me feel like I never left. He throughly went over the workout and movements. He was pleasant and motivating. Great first day coach. Highly recommend. GO Navy
I love CrossFit Gris Gris. The coaches and the people there are great! Joette is always watching to make sure my form is correct. She’s very good at instructing the movements during the warm-ups. Love having her as my Coach.
