Been a member for 15+ months and recommend CF Gris Gris to everyone. Best coaches who constantly motivate while improving form and preventing injuries. Had a drop in today with coach Kendell. Small gym but great environment, great coaching and great people. Even with a drop in, the coaches were super helpful with technique, adaptations and form. Def recommend!
