I moved to Louisiana from Texas and this gym is amazing. Its clean the equipment is great. I like the fact they do benchpress as a workout. The coaches are great people all and all this has been my favorite cross fit gym ive been to. I was trying to get into the army. And they allowed me to pay military price. I ship out to boot camp Nov 3rd

Been a member for 15+ months and recommend CF Gris Gris to everyone. Best coaches who constantly motivate while improving form and preventing injuries. Had a drop in today with coach Kendell. Small gym but great environment, great coaching and great people. Even with a drop in, the coaches were super helpful with technique, adaptations and form. Def recommend!
