Love this gym!
I did a month drop in while I was in town and loved this gym! I mostly took part in the women’s hustle class. The coaches were great, the classes were challenging and efficient, and it felt good to work out in a group setting with strong and supportive women. My kids also enjoyed their play time there as well as the children’s class and coach.
I love this gym. The coaches and your peers are all friendly and it creates a positive atmosphere. The coaches do a great job at guiding you if you have any questions or if you are not comfortable with certain workouts. They know how to tailor the workout to fit your needs, but they also know how to motivate you to challenge yourself with your safety always in mind. They genuinely care about you as a person as well. This gym is incredible and the best part of my visit along with Frontier Days
I started at CrossFit Frontier just a few weeks ago looking for a new home gym. This place is just that, amazing atmosphere and culture that I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to continue their fitness journey!
