This is a non-negotiable stop for me when I visit my sister in Cheyenne. They are very sweet, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They’re always very flexible with my schedule. I’m in town. Highly recommend.
Love this gym!
I did a month drop in while I was in town and loved this gym! I mostly took part in the women’s hustle class. The coaches were great, the classes were challenging and efficient, and it felt good to work out in a group setting with strong and supportive women. My kids also enjoyed their play time there as well as the children’s class and coach.
I love this gym. The coaches and your peers are all friendly and it creates a positive atmosphere. The coaches do a great job at guiding you if you have any questions or if you are not comfortable with certain workouts. They know how to tailor the workout to fit your needs, but they also know how to motivate you to challenge yourself with your safety always in mind. They genuinely care about you as a person as well.
