I love this gym. The coaches and your peers are all friendly and it creates a positive atmosphere. The coaches do a great job at guiding you if you have any questions or if you are not comfortable with certain workouts. They know how to tailor the workout to fit your needs, but they also know how to motivate you to challenge yourself with your safety always in mind. They genuinely care about you as a person as well. This gym is incredible and the best part of my visit along with Frontier Days
I started at CrossFit Frontier just a few weeks ago looking for a new home gym. This place is just that, amazing atmosphere and culture that I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to continue their fitness journey!
Love the gym space and classes and awesome owners! Love that they're kid friendly and have their kid classes for the littles!
I was new to Crossfit when I joined this gym. I was nervous about being a newbie, and not knowing the lifts. The first day we walked in everyone introduced themselves and made my son and I feel welcomed. Nikaila and Ryan are awesome! They host fun events that include workouts and food/drinks. Love this gym!
