I felt super welcomed by the class! My coach, Hunter, was uplifting, encouraging, and knowledgeable with feedback on form + modifications. It was the perfect way to start my day and I can’t wait to come back. I know I’ll be able to meet all my goals with the support of this community. :)
Excellent space, perfect for the needs of the Columbia outlaws rugby team! The manager was well versed and happy to assist with what we needed, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for CrossFit or group fitness opportunities.
Tyler was excellent! To start, I was greeted with a warm welcome. His coaching was a wonderful combination of “press with support.” I knew I would not meet my fitness goal at home on this icy day; therefore, Fringe helped me to stay on track working to get stronger every day. I love dropping in to Fringe when I'm home for the holidays. The gym is extremely well equipped in all aspects and the coaching is supportive and comprehensive. Highly recommended if you need a quick workout or are looking for a gym to call home
