Heard great things about this place and came here for a drop in class when I was visiting family. Beautiful facility, clean and spacious with all the equipment needed. The owner was a cool fella and made me feel super welcomed. The community there definitely had a positive vibe and great energy. Had a solid workout in and can’t wait to come back. Also the shirts are sweet, got myself one! Thanks
This place is enormous. Clean. Lots of equipment available that’s too many to name. We appreciate the location. It’s 5 mins away from interstate 94. It’s right off of the Rockland exit. Easy to get to. We have two youth weightlifting athletes and we started to train here in this gym. Bathrooms with additional stalls for women is an absolute plus!! ADA shower noted and available.
