Great space, great coaching, & very comfortable/welcoming to drop ins.
Great Trainers. They push you hard, but also know when to push a bit less. Sometimes we just aren't good enough for something and we have limits our bodies aren't ready to go through yet. They know how far to push us and listens to us.
Such a great atmosphere and super patient trainers!
If you need your butt kicked, this is the program for you. I've seen more gains with Fredericton Crossfit crew in 1 month than working out for 6 months at my previous gym. I can't wait to see where I'm at in 6 months! Friendly staff, fun environment, and a clean facility which includes access to a steam room, pool and hot tub.
