Brandon is always energetic in the morning. He is interactive and keeps the class motivated. Also, his calf muscles are second to none - when I grow up I want to be like him! 😂😂
I love our community- people who are continuously encouraging one another and cheering each other on, no matter their fitness level! The coaches are seriously the best and always provide attention to each individual!! No better place to be!
Coach Steve is wonderful. The workouts he creates are challenging and intense. His passion for the sport shows in his coaching techniques, he breaks it down in a way that just clicks. His encouragement during workouts pushes you further than you think you can go. Gyms clean and music is loud, just the way it should be.
Great class! Jeremy is clear about what materials we need, prepping us for what’s next, and demonstrating all the movements!
