CrossFit Fredericksburg is AMAZING! 💪 Steve and Teresa are knowledgeable, motivating, and always make sure workouts are safe yet challenging. The community is incredibly supportive and friendly. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and full of energy. If you want results and a place that makes fitness fun, this is it!
We have been counting down the days until our visit to Fredericksburg knowing we would get to drop in at CrossFit Fredericksburg. Walking in felt like coming home! We were not surprised to have such a great class with Skie! She introduced herself and asked about our CrossFit experience. Coach Teresa! Great, funny, motivating, inspiring! I enjoyed the class from beginning to end. This is a real workout! I enjoyed the calories I burned while doing a great workout at my pace.
