Formidable Strength and Conditioning isn't just a great gym but a community too. Coaches are amazing. Work outs are fun and challenging for all levels. They make you feel very comfortable and I'm proud to be a part of this team.
It is wonderful to workout at Formidable!! The trainers are positive, helpful and fun. It is incredible for me to grow my muscles stronger and to work alongside folks who are encouraging too. My growth makes me want to work harder each time!
Great spot for getting in shape
I haven’t always felt comfortable working out in a gym, and for a long time, I didn’t really know what I was doing. But at Formidable Strength and Conditioning, that changed. I feel truly comfortable, supported, and honored to be part of this fitness space. It’s more than just a gym—it’s a community that meets you where you are and helps you grow with confidence.
All the coaches are great. There are many ways to modify any workout to your fitness level.
