Formidable Strength and conditioning has changed mine and my wife's life in amazing ways. We are both in our late 50's and felt slowing down and everyday pain was just part of the aging process. Great gym with great people and solid coaches. It’s flexible with as much or as little coaching as you need. A coach leads every workout and all you have to do is show up and put in work.
