This is an amazing gym community and team. I started this journey increadibly intimidated as I haven't worked out in some time. I started through their onboarding program and each movement was broken down into tangible steps that allowed me to restart my fitness goal. The coaches and staff are increadibly approachable and friendly. I highly reccomend!

I was hesitant to get into CrossFit because I didn’t know any movements and was embarrassed about it. But when I joined this gym, every coach and person in that building was so welcoming and kind. They taught me how to train and workout the right way without making me feel like I was different from everyone else in the gym. I am now in love with CrossFit and can’t believe it took me this long to join such an amazing community and group of people, all trying to achieve the same goal together.

CrossFit Formidable has been a game changer for my daughter and I. We started personal training in October of 2023 with Katie Adams and she has been there every step of our journey. We started out barely able to do sit ups and looking at us now there isn’t a workout we can’t do some version of. Katie took time thru all our PT sessions to make sure we were comfortable with each new exercise until we mastered them and there was always adjustments that could be made for our skill level. I was timid to start again with CrossFit, my experience with another gym wasn’t the best expedience, that being said I am grateful for taking a chance and joined CrossFit Formidable. I was told that they meet you where YOU are Truth. My experience is based on my goals & journey. They said they could modify based on my needs. Truth. CrossFit Formidable is such a wonderful gym that offers fitness, health, and connection. While exercise is important, the people you surround yourself with in the health / gym industry are equally as important. The people and coaches you will meet at this gym make you feel valued, loved, and most importantly MOTIVATED to be your best self. The classes offered are top tier and programmed for every level of fitness and offer amazing results. Seriously one of the best CrossFit gyms in the area and I can’t recommend it enough!
