Super attentive coach, with lots of tips to improve performance, I was very well received by my training partners. Large, clean space with lots of equipment. Thank you very much, I hope only good things happen.
Dropped in for the 9:00 class today. Coach had some great pointers for my cleans and jerks and the the atmosphere was fun and full of energy! Great group of people and a great coach! Highly recommend stopping in if you are in the area!
After spending 4 months with these guys and doing my first competition, I can say that these guys are professional and care about your development. I recommend this place if you are looking to get fit!
I started at Crossfit FNA a little over a year ago as a very out of shape middle aged guy with a short term goal of getting fit, and a long term goal of aging in health, as much as possible. Mike and Crossfit FNA have been indispensable in my journey and in moving toward my goals.
