Absolutely an incredible experience every time I work out here! Omar and Alicia have created such a welcoming, tough, dedicated community ❤️

After having finally made it to 100-ish classes, I think it's time for a review of Coach Omar. Although I am not one of the premier athletes, Coach Omar makes no distinction. His direction is clear and concise (well, there was that one time, but totally my bad). Coach Omar is keenly aware of each individual's capabilities. One of the best gyms I've been to! They have been so friendly and patient! I cannot always do the workouts because of my own struggles, but the coaches are quick to help me find alternative exercises and I keep up pretty well. They also teach you the things that you might not already know, so I never feel lost or confused. I couldn't ask for a better gym or friendlier coaches!
