I would really appreciate that if somebody let me know why the gym has been closed because I called them a couple times nobody responded then I went to the location then there was no one. I was looking for the gym like that and I would really appreciate that if there is somebody have respond.
I just took my very first class, and before walking in I honestly debated not going because I was so nervous. I have no prior CrossFit experience—only weight training—but I’m so glad I showed up. I had an amazing time. Jonny was exactly the kind of coach a first-timer hopes for: encouraging, patient, and motivating. The rest of the class was just as welcoming. The workout itself was a fun challenge, and I left feeling energized and proud of myself. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
Great fitness community
CrossFit Flashbang is amazing! The coaches are supportive, knowledgeable, and make every workout challenging but fun. The gym is clean, the community is welcoming, and the programming keeps things fresh. I’ve seen real progress since joining and actually look forward to working out now. Highly recommend!
