My husband and I dropped in to CrossFit Flagstaff while we were on vacation a few weeks ago and it was a great experience. The coach was very welcoming and knowledgeable.
Visited during a vacation in Arizona. The staff and members are very friendly, and the equipment and space are meticulously maintained. I really enjoyed that they had a specific gymnastics-focused session available once a week. Parking is limited. You can sign up for classes on their website directly by going to the "schedule" page.
