CrossFit Fixation is a family. People of all abilities work out together to stay active and learn more about how to move for life. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. You get personalized attention from the gym's coaching staff that makes you better and keeps you coming back. This is one of the best gyms around. Drop in for a class. You won't be sorry.
I tried this place out for the first time, the other participants were friendly and encouraging. The trainer was very knowledgeable, supportive, and set me up for success. He made sure to explain every activity to me and set me up for success by showing me modified exercises if the original was outside of my ability. I truly can't speak highly enough of the group and overall experience. Not to mention it was a great workout. Can't wait to attend more sessions.
