CrossFit Fixation is a family. People of all abilities work out together to stay active and learn more about how to move for life. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. You get personalized attention from the gym's coaching staff that makes you better and keeps you coming back. This is one of the best gyms around. Drop in for a class. You won't be sorry.
I tried this place out for the first time, the other participants were friendly and encouraging. The trainer was very knowledgeable, supportive, and set me up for success. He made sure to explain every activity to me and set me up for success by showing me modified exercises if the original was outside of my ability. I truly can't speak highly enough of the group and overall experience. Not to mention it was a great workout. Can't wait to attend more sessions.
Undecided about CrossFit. Try this place. Amazing staff and community. Anyone and I mean anyone at any age or any skill level can start CrossFit with the right coaches. I love this place and I know they can meet me at any phase of my life. They care about your goals and making you the healthiest version of your current self. If you want healthy change (mentally and physically) this is your place.
I have been working out for two years on my own and I hit a wall until joining CrossFit Fixation. I wake up everyday excited for a new workout and challenges!! The coaches are outstanding and extremely helpful! The other athletes are encouraging and very welcoming! I’ve already noticed growth and look forward to what the future holds!
